Objectives
As a result of participating in this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Describe the rules and regulations needed to become a department of plastic surgery
  2. Develop a list of skills to be a better faculty member in and out of the OR
  3. Identify methods and skills to become a better faculty member
  4. Recognize and provide appropriate recognition of the outstanding resident
  5. Exlain the legal aspects of training a resident with academic or professional insufficiencies

(Small Groups – Attendees will move about the room in small groups - 10 minutes will be spent at each small groups, where small group moderators will have a group discussion and ask standardized questions to each of the small groups.
