CRSwNP is an essential clinical entity diagnosed based upon subjective and objective evidence of chronic sinonasal inflammation. The CRSwNP is frequently associated with asthma and allergic rhinitis, but the cellular and molecular mechanisms that contribute to the clinical symptoms are not fully understood.
