Overview
This interactive puzzle will present a series of questions related to the roles of Janus kinases (JAK) and tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) in psoriasis and the rationale for their inhibition. Correct answers are rewarded with a jigsaw puzzle piece that will complete a summary illustration. Completing the puzzle will unlock an animation of JAK and TYK2 inhibition in psoriasis.

Objectives
Upon completion of the educational activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Compare cytokines mediated by JAKs with those mediated by TYK2 and their roles in the pathophysiology of psoriasis
  2. Distinguish between the MOA of JAK and TYK2 inhibitors and implications for the treatment of psoriasis
  3. Outline the potential roles of JAK and TYK2 inhibitors in the treatment of psoriasis
