1. Describe the specific clinical criteria used to identify potential organ donors in the ICU, including considerations for donor suitability and medical history.
2. Explain the standardized protocols and assessments required to accurately determine brain death, adhering to international guidelines and legal requirements.
3. Recognize the unique social and religious challenges faced by marginalized communities in accessing organ donation and transplantation, with an emphasis on gender, ethnicity, and socio-economic factors.
4. Identify strategies to address disparities related to organ transplantation, particularly focusing on improving access for Indigenous peoples and underrepresented groups.
5. Discuss various technologies and innovative approaches that can optimize organ utilization rates, thereby increasing the number of viable organs available for transplantation.

7. Analyze the mechanisms underlying Normothermic Regional Perfusion (NRP) and its role in improving organ quality and viability.
8. Evaluate the ethical considerations associated with utilizing NRP in organ donation and transplantation, weighing the benefits against the potential challenges.
9. Apply ethical principles to navigate complex decisions related to NRP usage in different organ transplantation scenarios.
10. Integrate knowledge of NRP mechanisms, ethical considerations, and legal aspects to make informed decisions about its potential implementation in clinical practice.
