Overview

This online webinar provides an update on the diagnostic criteria based on the cytogenetic and genomics of multiple myeloma, benefits and risks of frontline therapy, consolidation, and maintenance therapy options, sequencing therapies, CAR-modified T-cell therapy, bispecific antibody constructs, and antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) based treatment for patients with multiple myeloma.

Objectives
As a result of participating in this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Outline the pathophysiology and diagnostic criteria based on the cytogenetic, and genomics of MM;
  2. Identify the benefits and risks of frontline therapy for patients with MM;
  3. Customize the consolidation and maintenance therapy options for patients with MM;
  4. Summarize the role of sequencing therapies in relapsed and refractory patients with MM;
  5. Recognize the role of B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) as a therapeutic target for patients with MM;
  6. Appraise the advantages of CAR-modified T-cell therapy for patients with MM;
  7. Cite the efficacy and safety of bispecific antibody constructs in the treatment of patients with MM;
  8. Incorporate the antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) based therapy for patients with MM.
