1. Outline a logical and easy to follow framework for the dermoscopic evaluation of cutaneous lesions, nail lesions, rashes and infestations.
2. Identify the features of both melanocytic and non-melanocytic lesions and also identify features to help differentiate benign from malignant lesions.
3. Outline a management approach for lesions, based on their clinical and dermoscopic morphology
4. Discuss the armamentarium of treatments available for managing actinic keratosis and for prevention (including chemo-prevention) of skin cancer.
5. Realize that dermoscopy is not only the gateway to diagnosis but also the entry point to improved management and treatment. It highlights the added benefit of ancillary tests and devices to assist in rendering an accurate diagnosis.
